Installation

Determine niche location and cut out wall cavity in Marmox boards or substrate.

Ensure opening matches the niche external dimensions.

Insert nogging to support the 4 sides of the niche.

Fix using approved Marmox adhesives and mechanical fixings where required.

Seal all perimeter joints with Marmox Waterproofing Tape.

Reinforce corners and edges where required to maintain waterproof continuity.

Check all joints and penetrations are sealed prior to tiling.

Apply tiles directly to the niche and surrounding wall surfaces.
