Architectural Edge and Transition Profiles
Marmox Polyprofile is a specialised range of prefabricated architectural profiles designed to create clean, durable edges and transitions in demanding construction environments. Manufactured from high-performance polymer concrete and epoxy resin mortar, Polyprofile components provide reliable solutions for water control, movement transition, and hygienic junction detailing. Developed for use in both internal and external applications, the Polyprofile range supports long-term durability where conventional metal or site-formed detailing can fail due to corrosion, water tracking, or inconsistent workmanship.
The Australian Polyprofile range includes drip strips and skirting and coving profiles, offering practical solutions for balconies, car parks, façades, and industrial flooring applications.
Available Drip Strip Profiles
- T3 / T3 Flex – Approx. 30 × 25 × 15 mm (H ≈ 14 mm).
- S40 – 40 × 14 mm
- T60 – 58 × 13 mm
- T20 (pre‑coated) – Approx. 28 × 20 × 20 mm (H ≈ 13 mm)
- T30 (pre‑coated) – Approx. 30 × 24 × 15 mm (H ≈ 11 mm)
- All drip strip profiles are supplied in 1‑metre lengths.
- T3 Flex is manufactured using a specialised polymer concrete mix that allows controlled flexibility, making it suitable for curved edges and arches.
- Pre‑coated T20 and T30 profiles are finished with a durable polyurethane resin coating and are available in RAL colours for architectural detailing where a finished edge is required.
The profiles are particularly suitable for applications requiring hygienic detailing, such as foodprocessing facilities, hospitals, and resin-coated floor systems Available Skirting and Coving Profiles. All profiles are supplied in 1-metre lengths.
