Marmox Curved Boards are flexible, waterproof construction boards designed to form smooth curved walls, columns, and architectural features. Manufactured with an extruded polystyrene (XPS) core and reinforced cementitious coatings, they allow curved designs to be achieved without compromising strength, waterproofing, or tile adhesion.

They provide a tile-ready solution for creating distinctive bathroom and interior designs in both residential and commercial environments.

Installation

Curve boards inwards so the cuts always close tighter.

Fix boards using a continuous bed of flexible tile adhesive.

Suitable for curved surfaces with a minimum radius of 200 mm.

Fix boards to a framed structure at 200 mm centres using screws and washers.

Position screws vertically at 300 mm centres.

If tiling or rendering on the cut surface fibreglass mesh to be fixed to the cut surface.

Seal all joints and transitions with Marmox Waterproofing tape or joint sealant.

Apply tiles or finishes directly to the board surface.
