What Makes Marmox Curved Boards Unique
Marmox Curved Boards are made from our high-density extruded polystyrene (XPS) core,coated with a reinforced polymer-cement layer. Precision slits on one side allow theboard to bend smoothly into a radius as tight as 200 mm, enabling effortless creation ofboth concave and convex shapes

How to Use Curved Boards
Plan Your Curve: Determine the radius and layout in advance. For tight curves(200–400mm), position slits on the inner side of the bend.
Fix in Place: Attach boards to a rigid frame or substrate using Marmox washers, screws,or adhesive at 300 mm centres.
Seal & Reinforce: Apply Marmox joint tape and waterproof sealant to all joins.
Finish Your Surface: Tile, render, or plaster directly onto the curved surface. For outdooruse, apply a suitable render or coating system for UV protection.
